1. Who we are

Locomojo B.V. is a subsidiary of Locomojo Holding B.V. Simon Bosschieter is director and indirect owner through Locomojo Holding B.V. Locomojo B.V. is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR.

2. What data we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organisation (if provided)
  • Your message

We use Umami Cloud (EU-hosted, cookieless) to measure pageviews, referrers and anonymous conversion events. Umami sets no cookies, uses no personal identifiers, and does no cross-site tracking. Data is stored in aggregate on EU servers.

Because no cookies are set and no personal data is processed, no cookie consent is required. We do not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, advertising pixels or remarketing services.

3. How we process your data

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io) and forwarded to simon@locomojo.nl. This email address is managed through Google Workspace. Formspree and Google act as data processors.

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Discuss potential collaboration

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties beyond Formspree for form processing.

4. Data retention

We retain your contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and no longer than 12 months after our last contact. You can request deletion at any time.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing

Our robots.txt permits crawling by AI services (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) and search engines. The website's public content may be indexed by these services. No personal data is exposed to crawlers.
